New computer.

I believe the Toshiba NB205 will be my next computer. I've been wanting something super portable for a while now. It has all the usual netbook specs, but with a much better keyboard and touchpad than most. It also lasted 8 hours and 33 minutes on it's battery during continuous use. Laptop Mag has a pretty good review of it here.

It comes with XP Home on it, but I think I may install Moblin as well. Once I hack my mobile phone to allow tethering, I will have 3G access as well.

So Far.

My first course in college is going very well. I have 90% or above on every assignment, quiz, exam, etc. There has been a good bit of writing so far-which I have enjoyed-perhaps it will get me to write a bit more on here. The writing in this class will be a good tuneup for the English class I will taking in the fall.

As you can see on the sidebar I'm currently reading a book titled "Alexander Hamilton" by Ron Chernow. I was intrigued by this man from a chapter in my history book. I would dare say he was one of the most important of the founders. Currently, I am about 30 pages in with about 708 to go. I will try to post my thoughts as I progress.

College

Tomorrow I start college for the first time. I will be taking U.S. History I online.
